Great interface but short circuits occasionally

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the interface. It's easy to use and understand. With so many apps and things to use, it's nice to use something we don't need a million instructions

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it breaks downs and I find myself restarting the program a few times

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I believe I described the benefits up above but I love that everyone can use it easily.
