What do you like best?
I love the integrations built in to BNTouch. Being a previous user of many other CRMs, so far, this one has proven to be the leader in efficiency and usability. BNTouch's customer service and support make any issue almost a non-issue as they respond to your questions and concerns in record time.
What do you dislike?
BNTouch has some quirks that sometimes do not make sense, but once you email support and find out why, things get a lot easier. Better product walk-throughs and more videos would help with getting everything set up and running but the value of their responsive customer service relieves any issue in no time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn the system inside and out. Dedicate a solid week to learning how everything functions to make sure all the automated options work seamlessly. If you are utilizing BNTouch with other users, I highly recommend dedicating group time focused to the software so that every user has their particular roles down and understood.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest advantages from using BNTouch are the texting, emailing, and call logging abilities. Being in the mortgage industry makes keeping things organized pretty time-consuming and hectic, BNTouch is definitely a step forward to solving a lot of those issues. Also, having the ability to "connect" BNTouch to new web-based origination systems will undoubtedly become one of the biggest advantages that BNTouch has over competitors as this will eliminate hours upon hours of time invested in each file being worked on.
