BMS Areopad is a meeting management software that automates meeting processes on all stages: from preparing documents to tracking orders following the meeting. It consists of two parts: smartphone or tablet application for meeting participants and web-portal for meeting administrators or secretaries.
Main features of BMS Areopad are managing meetings (distributing agenda, setting up questions, sending and receive RSVPs), receiving and annotating materials on tablet or smartphone apps, voting and collecting votes, forming minutes and protocols, tracking results of previous meetings, chatting, forming templates for recurring meetings, signing documents with E-signature.
