What do you like best?

a system that can manage all your rates, carrier, and spend all in 1 system

What do you dislike?

system doesn't incorporate ocean freight and air shipment. it's only on the road truck or rail carriers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

great tool to use. it's easy, friendly, and cheap. don't use SAP b/c it's very expensive and more than what you need it for.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we are solving the ability to manage our spend properly. transportation is a huge spend and we want to make sure are rates and cost are aligned with the industry.
