What do you like best?
Love my BN rep Danielle Drury! she knows her Shit and is always looking out for me and my business. I like the BN platform as it allows the florist to completely customize their online presence. They are NOT order gatherers, but rather proponents of your business and industry.
What do you dislike?
Bugs in the system arent addressed, but rather put on the back burner.. IE Cross sell issues, no cut off for weekends, etc
Dislike the high credit card processing fees
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know you're afaid of change.. i was too.. I was converting at 14% with lovingly.. However, sometimes you have to take a step back to go 5 steps forward... its what i did and i havent regretted it for a second
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The main benefit is that myself along with the help of BN and their team, I've become completely independent and free of the wire services. We have a beautiful, clean site with custom arrangements unique to only us. People cannot google our arrangements and find the same ones on anyone else website. They have a team of SEO experts that work very hard to ensure your site ranks high in Google and other search engines.
