BleuPage leaves one feeling blue

What do you like best?

I like the thought that if it were to work and deliver as promised, even minimally, it would have been perfect for myself and my clients.

What do you dislike?

Problems with service the day I purchased a 3rd time for Titanium--yearly pricing plan, no LTD or grandfathered in customers.

Tech support is outsourced to the other side of the world, so getting timely tech support is non-existent. For me support is huge and is highly dependent on if I stay and try to work it out.

Main issue that can not be fixed at the moment, apparently:

The fb pages and groups I need/want never pulled in.

IG and Linked in dont work either (Linkedin did, sort of, in Pro and Ult versions)

Tech support asked for login to software, I gave it to them.

They asked for login to my FB account. I did NOT give it to them.

(dont EVER give your social media logins to anyone in this instance!)

28 days later...no fix and tech responses go 2-3 days btwn replies.

Company was purchased by someone else that did not grandfather in or honor LTD purchases from prev company. (I had purchased Pro and Ultimate LTD ...and it worked somewhat but not completely..since it was LTD I was willing to wait.). Have not been able to fully use this tool.

I have since requested refund to Titanium yearly subscription.

Im stuck with Pro and Ultimate LTDs as they are not supported by the new company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Dont waste time/money until it has been confirmed that the it is working properly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem this tool was going to solve was scheduling and reporting tools.

I was hoping to be able to generate client reports. As this was not a feature that is working, there are no current benefits to using this service.
