What do you like best?
I can pull really detailed reports, cross-categorizing through student personal data, course schedule, and transcript information
What do you dislike?
It's not as user-friendly for people who are not extremely tech-savvy. I feel like there should be more obvious shortcuts to common questions, such as obtaining the roster for a specific class from an enrolled student's schedule, etc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can get the info I need and trust that it's reliable and valid information. I can run obscure analyses and reports that most people would never need or think they could possibly need, and it's the same process as running the most common reports for educators.
