In some instances, deleting observations/records in the donor list required multiple steps. This would not be problematic for those only wishing to delete a few observations; however, I was completing a comprehensive sweep of our donor list. I needed to be able to delete roughly 1,000 observations each day. Doing those one at a time was very arduous and frustrating. This could not be overridden - and it cost when I asked the company to execute the deletion.
Make options for case-wide deletion doable for users rather than having them pay hefty fees for user assistance.
