Advanced user of Biscom FAXCOMWhat I find to be most helpful is that those people who do not have access to a scanner still have the ability to fax us the information that we are in need of.
It would be great if we received a notification when a fax was received so that we don't have to keep checking it. In addition the layout for how the faxes are organized should be more user friendly. I think the sender number and number it was sent to should be next to each other. I also think an alert should be received when someone is trying to fax you something and there is an issue on either side.
The business problem you are trying to solve is allowing clients and applicants another option to send over information secure when they are unable to scan the information. Its also the only way clients can send over updated credit card information to us as well.
