Billtrust - not a vendor but a partner

What do you like best?

When you work with Billtrust, you don't just get another vendor, you get a true partner. A partner that will work with you to find the best solutions for your company. The Billtrust team does put the customer first and from dealing with the team frin onboarding, to the support team and our account manager, they hold that true at each level.

Billtrust is a true partner, working with you - to improve your process as well as your customers.

What do you dislike?

The downside we have with Billtrust at this time, is that for selected set up changes to our customers, we have to create a ticket with Billtrust support. Though they continue to improve Customer Connect, they have not yet reached a point where you can make all changes you need for a customer yourself.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Talk with the great team at Billtrust, see what they can do for your company. I am sure that you will see many benifits by working with Billtrust. You wont get a vendor, you will get a partner.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main issue we solved with Billtrust was invoice presenation. With Billtrust we are able to have customer receive our invoices and statements faster and as a number of them then in turn bill customers, this has been a plus to them as well.

We have seen cost savings in supplies, envelopes, paper, postage, toner and ink. We have also been able to replace printers as needed, with lower capacity printers making the replacements more cost effective.

Witht the human resources that were saved, we were able to reallocate staff to work on projects and or customer service. This was a win for us as well . Plus the staff were happier as they were able to grow and expand the roles they have within the company.
