Advanced user of BestNotesI like the Auto Note. It adds the information needed without having to type it directly word by word. Then, it is easy to add details to the notes. Click on the options wanted, append and close, add more detail. I like the ability to find each note easily in the drop down lists.
Sometimes when trying to enter a client's note it says that someone else is still editing the note. When checking with that person, they usually are not working on that client. It takes time to figure out the problem which delays documentation.
Benefits of Best Notes are that it alerts the other signers as not to forget to review the documentation.
