BeDoc requires minimal training and feels very intuitive to use. I like that you can customise your user experience. Privacy and security concerns are also at the top of our list when it comes to students so this seems to be covered well by BeDoc too. I really like that you

What do you dislike?

it does take a while for updates to be implemented and for the newest version to be available.

Definitely worth the investment and looks like the company invests in future updates constantly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a great way to track student behaviour in a concise and consistent way. It allows me to keep track of long term changes as well, which is difficult without this type of programme.
