What do you like best?
I received answers to my initial questions in a timely fashion from a REAL person! Not a stock response or a bot. Technology is great (it's what we are purchasing after all!) but knowing real people are behind their support is a huge plus. Communication was clear and concise.
I like the look of the dashboard, the ease of functionality (UX), and the fact that I can see the short URL right next to the QR Code. Looking forward to using the "bulk" creation feature and knowing that if I have an issue, there is support to assist me.
What do you dislike?
I am a new user just starting out on the dashboard with no issues so far, so no dislikes at this point! A designated number of QR Codes and scans is not my favorite but different pricing tiers and custom options to suit an organization's specific needs are available - flexibility is key.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Dynamic QR Codes are providing ease and the ability to have a direct source focus regarding online feedback generation with our Reputation Management program and also provide efficiency with regard to printed materials.
