Seamless beacons experience end to end
What do you like best?
The whole process from buying the beacons to the management software is extremely seamless. The software and hardware itself are very simple to use -- the beacons come pre-configured, the dashboard and management software are very user friendly and intuitive. The team is very responsive to questions and resolves any issues promptly.
What do you dislike?
They have their own beacons, but I sometimes want to add other beacons into the same management interface - which is currently not possible. Also, some of the management of the beacon requires having the mobile app, which sometimes is not possible when you are not at the same location next to the beacons.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using beacons to improve workforce management -- e.g., for attendance tracking with location even indoors.
