What do you like best?

We use this as a core collaboration tool, specifically for strategy to execution planning with our executive teams. We also use it with key clients to ensure the strategic successes we all agreed upon, are ontrack to being met (or exceeded). It's such a great visual, and each project can be shown as an overall, then broken down so each executive can map their achievements (and/or challenges) on their own page. It's important to be able to visually, as one global team, sanity check the project in this manner. The shared insights, help tremendously in being able to add value both as one who might be impacted by an unforeseen challenge as well as one who might hold a key insight the others just could not have seen. It helps our S2E teams invest in truly working as one global team.

What do you dislike?

Compared to some heavywgt project mgmt tools, it runs light on features. But when you can do it all on an iPad, and create on-the-fly visuals where executives are incented to add value to their peers side of the project, the extra features would only serve to distract IMO.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The #1 benefit that we get, and you will to, is when we use it to optimize strategy to execution planning and mile marking. It truly is an executive team-building tool because it visually shows the successes and challenges each executive has. The rest jump in to help, or to share their knowledge of why what they are doing is so successful.
