What do you like best?
The support Backup Systems provide is extraordinary. Even at weekends they will advise of any issues or respond in minutes. Not only that, they're the friendliest company to work with.
Mark (The Boss) even flies down yearly to have a face to face catch up to make sure we are happy with everything.
What do you dislike?
Quite simply, there isn't anything to dislike!
It may sound odd, but in the ten plus years we have been working with Backup Systems, we could not say a bad word about them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Backup solutions not only solve problems, they have gone out of their way in providing us with a bespoke 'traffic light' view for us to quickly check each morning. They go above and beyond to provide an exemplary service.
They also highlight any issues, sometimes long before we have even noticed, and the speed of any requests we make are resolved almost immediately.
