What do you like best?

I can simply ask a customer or supplier: "What message format can You give me", and implement their format relatively fast, dependent on the complexity of the needed information. Saving both sides implementation time/money.

What do you dislike?

I'd like some extra reporting features. To have a better view of which channel costs us the most to see if we can save costs.
