Advanced user of Azure Translator Text APII love the ability to review endpoint utterances in LUIS portal for active learning and the ability to test you app as you go along.
Because we're in public service, translation will always be an odd thing for us to fill because whether it is arguable that the word translated is correct, it is not necessarily the instance of that word our agency would use. So at times, the translation was not the best.
The free trial is worth the time and be ready with questions if you decide to implement it. The more prepared you are, the easier it is to have the setup and maintenance done.
Getting used to labeling entities and aligning utterances! It's a bit of a learning curve when you're trying something that a little different that the pre-built ones and for us we needed something a little more specific to our public inquires.
