Convene assist me on furnishing Directors with Board papers via online easily without to print compare to physical Board papers as practice previously.
By having Convene, we as Company Secretary easily upload and furnish the Board papers to Directors in any time and any where. We no need to stay back at the office just for to print the Board papers and dispatch physically.
Convene also can be uploaded using the phone, if in the event that my laptop is left.
What do you dislike?
Convene should adopting digital signature that can be stored by users such as Docusign.com application, instead of users need to sign each time. Therefore, its easy for the user just to place their signatures at the required signature box.
It is good that Convene also can have software such as Microsoft Teams, which users can use both application in one time.

Company Secretary manage to resolve furnishing Directors the Board papers for the Board meeting within the stipulated time, as Convene can be used any where and any times. From this, we manage to complete our KPIs.
Apart from that, Convene manage to save us in terms of printing of documents since the Board papers are a lot with hundreds pages. From this, its also save our environmental.
By having Convene, we also manage to reduce overtime hours by the clerk in order to prepare the physical Board pack. This is because, previously we need to stay back in order to complete or finishing the Board pack.
