Vital Tool for Restaurants
What do you like best?
The thing that I like the best is the ease of use. It's very intuitive to navigate through the side bars, drop downs, reports, etc.
What do you dislike?
Something I dislike about the software is that there are not pre-made Dashboards. I like the freedom of creating my own, but I wish it had come with templates to help me curate the pertinent information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using Avero, I recommend getting training on it. While it is intuitive, it's supremely helpful to have someone show you all of the little tips and tricks through the software that made my workflows so much more efficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of the problems we've solved is the huge time saver of having all the sales information in one place. All departments in the organization are playing from the same sheet of music, so to speak.
