Advanced user of AvePoint Cloud BackupThe best thing is this you can take the backup and you don't need to worry about your instance in which you are making changes. If something went wrong and you don't recognise the problem then you can restore the whole system to it's previous stage.
There was a thing the when we creat the backup then it's shows the status creating but never refresh automatically. But this problem was resolved with new experience with power app. The I didn't see anything to dislike it.
I strongly recommend to others for the cloud backup as it is very important tonsafe your changes and previous stage from where you did start making changes
When we move the solution from Sandbox to production then first we takes the backup and the move the solutions. If something goes wrong we restore the system using this backup.
