Advanced user of Auzmor LearnThe Auzmor Learn platform blends an LMS with content creation. We can create and upload our own content and create assessments as well as import 3rd party content. The platform allows us to centralize our training and stay on top of our mandatory trainings without the use of excel for tracking
The platform does have assessment questions but I would like to see more activity assessment options like puzzles or matching. We would also like to set our own username format without having to contact Support to make the change for every new hire.
We are solving our new hire training/on-boarding by uploading our own training presentations and assigning them to the new employees. We are also able to more intentional about the training we are offering our employees on a monthly basis
