What do you like best?

I loved how it was easy to create parts lists & quotes for clients & technicians alike. The user interface was very nice & I never had any issues with crashes or system errors.

What do you dislike?

It always fount that it was quite hard to find information or run reports without going through many extra steps or memorizing locations. This made end of month reporting a giant pain.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend this to a small business but for large dealerships it could pose an issue when trying to prepare reports or find information for management.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This would be great for a small dealership or used car lot. The day to day ease of use makes it valuable but running lots of reports for larger companies could be a pain.
