What do you like best?

The ability to automate SAP applications is really the most advantageous feature of Automic. The speed is also surprisingly pleasant and saves a huge amount of time in real time. It is hands down the best ITPA tool available in the market right now that integrates and automates well with SAP.

What do you dislike?

The inability to automate applications without web services. Incorporation of other applications is expected. Nevertheless, it is a unique product already with its current capabilities.
