Wonderful UX and great support! (My favourite)
What do you like best?
1. The UI & UX is by far the most intuitive VS Zapier, Integromat, Pabbly & others. I've used them all and still do use them for different integrations; however, Automate provided by far the best experience, particularly for google sheet automation. It is the only one that enabled me to track changes on formula fields.
2. The support is brilliant and very considerate. On two occasions this month, I maxed out my Action quota due to setting up my spreadsheet formula incorrectly and then having to retroactively trigger a column with other 8000 rows. Twice I contacted support to help, and both times they kindly reset the quota so that I could continue to use Automate. They've earned themselves a lifetime customer
My advice is, do not even consider Zapier unless there is a specific integration you need only on their platform. Automate.io is 100x simpler and more helpful. If you're working with google sheets, it is the best - hands down.
What do you dislike?
The bots turn themselves off when the Action quota is reached, but they don't turn themselves back on when the quota is reset.
It would be better if the bots didn't turn off and instead indicated that they are not running due to the quota being maxed out then resumed running when the quota was reset. Nothing else I dislike
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, it does the job perfectly and it's highly efficient to use. I've wasted a lot of time with the unnecessarily complex interfaces of zapier and integromat, Automate.io has been a blessing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Automate.io has enabled me to update my google sheet when a formula field changes which is not possible natively with google sheets and not possible with other automation platforms either.
