Good to see New Age technology in a somewhat old timer industry.
What do you like best?
The customer interaction. There is so many positive ways you can interact with them so they have a good experience despite their vehicle needing fixed. They can ease their mind knowing that they'll get an update on everything done to their vehicle, which also keeps them in the loop on when it will be finished.
What do you dislike?
I wish they could expand a little more. I know for a fact this can be utilized in way more countries other than the UK. I don't like the rent-a-car service. That shouldn't fall on the Body shop, it should be up to their insurance to connect them with a full time Rental Car business. Last thing is the interface, it feels cluttered to me, its easy to navigate, just feels cluttered together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not hesitate. Its worth the money, considering the traffic you receive because of the outstanding reviews you get from previous customers. You just have an automated system update your customer so they know whats going on, meaning its one less thing you have to worry about.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Miscommunication between business and consumer. Holidays are posted so the customer can see if anyone will be there, and they receive detailed reports on everything in the "diary." Also lost inventory, and time management since you clock on and off jobs using a specific barcode unique to the car. You can also keep track of your employees and ensure they're utilizing their time efficiently and not costing you extra money in the end.
