Advanced user of AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor AuthenticationIt looks pretty for end users and if you are not using it in a manner where users directly authenticate through Swivel, then I would rate it overall a 7.
Swivel's sole purpose is to authenticate users, yet they seem to have failed to test password characters. If a user's password has characters '&' or '<' authentication will fail and the user gets a message 'invalid user'. In fact, the user will get an error message 'invalid user' for any issue, to include if there password is expired. This has resulted in an administrative nightmare. If your organization has a password expiration policy, it is not really practical to use Swivel as your SSO SAML IdP.
The administrative panel is severely lacking. The panel that lets you search through logs is technically there, but almost worthless for practical troubleshooting.
If you intend to use Swivel in a way where users authenticate through Swivel directly, such as a SAML IdP, I would look else where, it is not practical to use in this setup for the enterprise.
We needed a two factor authentication solution that provided multiple means of two-factor and ways to integrate with other systems, such as SAML. Swivel checks the boxes for two-factor auth, but as a SAML SSO provider I would look elsewhere.
