What do you like best?

I am a relatively new customer and was very happy with OvationTix! I had excellent customer service since April/May 2020, things have declined. I like the ease of creating shows and the tracking of donors.

What do you dislike?

All requests must be made via email. I liked picking up a phone and talking to a person that could explain exactly what to do. When I email a question, it takes an average of 3-4 days to get a response, and usually, it's a link to a Webinar. When I submit a question I need an answer within a few hours because I am talking to a panel of people.

The people I used to deal with were real people in real time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I loved the accurate reporting, excellent customer service, willing to help customize the program so it fit my organization the best way. Tracking my yearly donors has been a wonderful help in development.
