Attribution App solved a problem that would take months to resolve for PadSplit.
What do you like best?
easy setup, flawless ability to slice and dice the data, ability to show customizable attribution views, and granular tracking and reporting capabilities
What do you dislike?
The data should be customizable (if we know the value of a conversion, and if the conversion value is missing, we should be able to just enter it without engineering involvement)
Reporting should be more advanced- It is not straightforward to pull data from the platform. Every tab should have a CSV export option.
Conversion reporting works great with Segment events, but it doesn't work for off-site lead events. (For example, it doesn't track our Linkedin lead ads, Facebook lead ads)
We are not allowed to customize reporting view on the dashboard. (For example, I can't see signups next to purchases. these are two different pulls)
No real-time tracking.
Basically reporting and analytics design is not ideal for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Attribution App is great for any company that wants to build an analytics and measurement foundation.
