AT&T Push to Talk Almost Great
What do you like best?
We loved the ability to in a second with a push of a button reach anyone or all team members just like a walkie talkie. It made video conferencing and push to talk actions very easy to use. It was a great help, in both the warehouse andf out in the field.
What do you dislike?
Well, the one and only dislike or complaint is that it connected only about 70% of the time. Lots of time it would take well over 30 seconds to connect therefore making it no way faster than a phone call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would recommend this product because it was a great asset for us when it worked correctly which was most of the time. I can only imagine that AT&T will continue to improve this product overtime.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We no longer use it in our business but we were solving the problem of quickly getting a message to all, multiple, or just one team member with just a push of a button.
