Great tool for social listening and profiling

What do you like best?

Ease of use while powerful. Very visual and user friendly, allowing the extraction of quick insights from social media and social media campaigns.

What do you dislike?

I would improve the storytelling. I mean, the tool is great for analysts who can interact with the platform to extract the maximum value. However, for less qualified people it may be difficult. This is partially compensated by the automated reports.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just give it a try. There are more expensive tools. There are more complete tools. But probably you will find all what you need at a very competitive price. And if you need their support, you will not find a better solution.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am mainly using Atribus for retrieving and analysing data from different sources, for which Atribus is a great tool: fast and reliable. I use it for its analytical capabilities beyond social listening, namely its user profiling capabilities. The main benefit, you can do things that you could not do with traditional and manual approaches in market research while you maintain the reliability of your analysis.
