What do you like best?

It's easy to upload content, review and comment in a cloud-based environment. In addition to having a simple and user-friendly interface for any level of user, it also gives us the ability to separate between the content of social channels and other advertising, such as television, so we can see exactly what the customer sees and deliver the assets in a clean way.

What do you dislike?

It can get to slow down, however it is very effective in its operation so it would be desirable to develop a mobile functionality, another aspect to improve would provide the option to duplicate calendars.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As long as it is consistent with tracking all your resources each time they are used, expect a drastic reduction in the amount of time spent on locating resources.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides us with the alternative solutions necessary to perform creative reviews and plan campaigns, so we have obtained a great deal that helps with our organization and distribution of content to our clients with the implementation of this software. Having all of our content in one place makes reviewing content much easier. It also provided visibility and tracking of team members, contract end dates and the ability to generate accurate invoices for the customer.
