A solid tool for team communication

What do you like best?

A pretty simple tool to work on projects. I used it to communicate with my freelancer designers and web developers. Everyone was able to get it to work pretty easily.

What do you dislike?

Was more expensive than other solutions we liked. My developer also wanted to integrate it with some of his other PM tools but said couldn't be done.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We communicated about website development and design projects with external contractors.
