They have experts that responcde as soon as you enter a support request via portal. They can provide forms for support on FAQs and CVE reports for any vulnerabilities so we can stay on top of patching.
Some time, occasionallly only, support can lag due to being in different time zone than North America.
As mentioned prior, our service level agreement time to accept a call for service is the only way to go. Alternativly we can utilize support portal for klnown issues, quick fixes if availalbe. This allows our uptime on JIRA and other daily software tasks to keep moving.
