What do you like best?

Customers in Confluence integrates with your Atlassian product. It acts like a user profile even when the user is offline. It a great product and I highly recommend it.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing bad to say except that getting used to this product can take up sometime and it's heavy and not a light tool.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using it to administer JIRA project and confluence spaces.
