I like that we can exchange across our products with Aspen
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that once an order is over 60 days (past purchase) Aspen automatically issues a gift card rather than refunding an order.
I dislike the fact that it doesn't notify us when there is an issue with the account. We'll only find out that something is wrong when we're in the account and something isn't working.
I dislike that it doesn't refund orders as it should, so now the team has to manually do it.
I dislike the fact that it cannot yet process refunds on exchanges or an exchange on an exchange (aka unlimited exchanges).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial if possible to see if it truly meets your needs before fully investing
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The quickest one, which is the fact that we can exchange across products which was one of the bigger issues we had with other return systems.
