ASAPP Works well for Chat support to customers
What do you like best?
It is very easy to access Customer account details. It have wonderful automated responses which are suggested based on customer's question. Not only these, but it can provide you hassle free copy feature of text of mobile numbers.
It also fetches customer browser activity which helps us find if cx is online. It also has auto pilot mode which can time out chat automatically if there is no response from customer.
What do you dislike?
Nothing much to dislike but it forgets the total login hours after it is closed by myself also.

You can go for it and no regrets later. It is the best tool in market. It is the best for chat with customers
