What do you like best?

I liked the ease of use as a user and trainer and the ability to run "out of box" reports within the application. The software application easily integrated with our dialing system allowing a great flow for call center agents. Updating Scott's using customizable functions really allows companies to create, modify and monitor workflows in real time.

What do you dislike?

The implementation phase. If this type of software isn't properly set up or the planning isn't intense you can really set yourself up for failure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We immediately utilized the built-in reporting in addition to creating some of our own reports within Artiva. This software streamlined our ability to service our clients while remaining completely transparent, offering ad-hoc reporting and robust data.
