What do you like best?
ARES PRISM works faster and quicker than any other software I have seen. The good thing about it is that it gets integrated with my older systems too. The features are flexible for example like import and export. It reduces the amount of time spent on working and it does the work in half amount of time. It manages project life cycle and contains robust features like Budgeting, Change Management, Collaboration, Dashboard, Milestone Tracking, Portfolio Management, Project Planning, Reporting/Analytics, Requirements Management, Resource Management, Task Management, Time & Expense Tracking and many others.
What do you dislike?
ARES PRISM contains minor bugs here and there like any other software. Learning its use for the first time is not easy so their team needs to develop some kind of video tutorials so it becomes easier to get started. There is not much customization present and whenever you ask support team about your problems their reply is always late. It will be helpful if they introduce new modules.
