ArcReader

What do you like best?

ArcReader is an excellent tool for creating and interacting with various maps and data embedded in said maps; as an engineer it's hugely valuable

What do you dislike?

Can be glitchy when handling large amounts of data leading to not all data being downloaded if you have a lot of layers turned on

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work on back end to minimize glitches when viewing large amounts of data from turning lots of layers on; include the information tool in all versions for all municipalities to increase user friendliness

Utility research and town data is super easy with ArcReader when we're doing background research on existing site conditions; various towns aggregate their data with ArcReader so people like me can access the data to do our jobs - super useful
