What do you like best?

This service is very reliable. I never have to worry about disappearing/deleted posts. The search function works pretty well compared to similar services.

What do you dislike?

It's not the prettiest interface, but that's not a big deal. It's utilitarian which is what matters.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their customer service is excellent, and the product does exactly as promised. Might take some time to set up but once you're going, it's a great tool to have in your back pocket. You never know when an archive of all of your posts as well as posts related to your account(s) will come in handy or beyond that, save you from a lawsuit. I'd recommend this service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Archiving every social post we make or are tagged in is essentially required for my organization by law, so this service is a great backup. I don't use it on the daily, but am glad to know it's there if I need it.
