What do you like best?

I have been working with Arbor DDoS protection for a few years. I started with proof of concept to test on-site Pravail APS and the service provider Peakflow for volume attacks mitigation. While our customer was under attacks days and even weeks, Arbor protection always helped us. Some clients also mentioned that another vendors are very limited with the bandwidths size of attack mitigation. Arbor provided really good performance and volumes of attack mitigation, fast response to attack, excellent support. I would say, that Arbor engineers and support team is very helpful and they are trying to help and stay in touch with you every time you need help. The interface is very user-friendly and deployment is simple, especially Cloud services.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing wrong to mention. Arbor support is offering very valuable help and advices.

Our customers got a 24x7x365 DDoS protection against application-layer and volumetric attack. Arbor engineers are qualified, supportive, always shares with you best practices and configuration advices and deployment scenarios. I do recommend Arbor as a DDoS protection.
