Apptega organizes compliance preparation in an easy to address manner
What do you like best?
The platform is easy to use and has the ability to organize and assign tasks to get ready for your compliance audit. Assigning tasks allows me to collaborate with other members of the team to complete items that may be outside of my area of expertise. Those team members can then comment and leave any information pertaining to that particular control.
What do you dislike?
I have not run into a piece of the platform I dislike yet. It is a robust system with many features so there is a learning curve but our Apptega representative has answered all my questions and gave me great training on the features I hadn't discovered yet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The organization of Apptega's dashboard makes it easy for anyone to get ready for compliance. All the information I need is readily available for me to address. The biggest benefit is having all the required compliance knowledge at your fingertips. Teams don't need to spend time gathering information about each compliance, it is available to you in an easy to read format.
