What do you like best?

The Pivot table is a very responsive and quick tool which gives me ways to manipulate my data.

The Normalization tool is easy to use and provides a solution to the issue that many people that work in data are having at the moment, dealing with data that has slightly different naming conventions across many different places.

The email support is very impressive and quick to respond. Usually emailing support at companies is a rabbit hole and a time sink, but all my issues have been solved in a timely manner. Our account manager has also been brilliant and is always responsive on Slack and has been a big help in getting us set up on the platform.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the site (pivot + normalisation) is a bit slower to use in the mornings when I assume it is collecting all the data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I like that Ascend is in control of around 50 of my API connections, pulling and normalizing the data daily for me. It's a scalable solution which has saved me a lot of time each day when I was having to manage each of these before.
