Advanced user of APOS Publisher for CloudOnce the process is set up, it just runs without any need to interact with it. I almost forget we use it because it just runs in the background without any need for me to interact.
The initial set up and filtering process can be a bit cumbersome and requires a bit of trial and error to get what you want sending to the right people. Additionally it needs to be set up on a server machine using processes to actually send out. Given it plugs into a cloud based program (SAP Analytics Cloud) it would be much better if it was also cloud based to avoid the need for any local server maintenance. Additionally if the server has any issues and is restarted, the APOS Publisher for Cloud services don't automatically start working again and need to be manually started.
APOS Publisher for Cloud allows us to set and forget the automation of SAP reports and they simply appear in everyone's inbox daily/weekly/monthly. Just be aware that unlike SAP Analytics Cloud, it is not also a cloud based software so requires additional set up on a server machine to function correctly.
