What do you like best?
The integration with our existing business processes was almost seamless. All we had to do was to learn to use the software which automated essential processes like the onboarding of customers, invoicing, and monthly reporting.
What do you dislike?
Even though the overall workflow is superb, there is a slight time delay when saving new patients. This slows down the front desk operations slightly, and the concern is that it might have a negative impact on business efficiencies on a busy day.
