What do you like best?
Friendly and easy interface that allows new project team members to collaborate and integrate very quickly. and you get what you paid for: it's very cost-likely!
What do you dislike?
The mobile app works better than the desktop app. Anyway, the mobile app is so useful to the point of having a minimal need to use the desktop.
Once a collaborator has entered it becomes very difficult to modify the data
IOS app is urgently required

Usefull if small bussiness,low learning curve and costwise solution is target.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For design phase is the perfect app. Consultants are hard to involve in management apps, and turn to keep using email and some chat apps (whatsapp and similar)
