What do you like best?

- AOMEI OneKey Recovery is better than some in-built recovery software form the computer (I've had bad experience with the in-built recovery programs which, at times, couldn't recover anything).

- AOMEI OneKey Recovery is easy to install, simple and intutive UI with minimum setup work for backing up data.

- It can recover Everything that you backed-up including your Operating System, Drivers, Files and other Application you've installed.

- It comes with a Free edition, which would be suitable for most home user.

- It can recover to a recovery partition or a different location. However backing up to a different location is not possible with the Free edition.

What do you dislike?

Since I was using a free version, I didn't have an option to restore it another location. My data was lost when HDD crashed. But I don't see it as a negative aspect because the free version is where the developers promote their product. If you want to save yourself from the above problem, then buy the software, it is worth the money.

AOMEI OneKey Recovery is one of that software which you don't use it on a regular basis unlike MS-Office. So you might hesitate even consider buying a recovery software which you don't use daily. But think of it in this way, your data and time is more important. If you invest on AOMEI OneKey Recovery, it will save your data and time during system crash. You have different editions, choose the one which is on your budget. You many try the free edition to check the features it offers. Buying is definately worth the money.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have a 5 year old lenovo Desktop PC, which crashed several times when I upgraded to new versions of windows. The in-built tools did nothing but cost me to reinstall windows and other application which wasted a lot of my time. So next time I had to backup my files to a safe location and reninstall the OS and apps then restore my files. All these steps I had to do manually. With the AOMEI OneKey Recovery everything was automatic by pressing F11 key.
