Advanced user of AMSNot sure that I have something I like, I guess once you know what you are doing, it's fairly easy to navigate. The tutorials are also helpful when you are new to the system. The AMS help is also good and the reps are very patient in trying to figure out the problem.
Oh so many things, I feel like AMS is NOT user friendly. There are so many things that the system does not do that should be easy, like merging 2 existing customers. The system also feels extremely outdated.
It is very outdated and non user friendly. I would highly recommend having an agency wide class with an AMS rep (they are expensive, but beneficial). The reporting system is extremely out of date, along with trying to use the merged letters to auto email to clients. Everything just takes a lot more time than it should. I do want to point out that perhaps this is because our agency has not had a rep come to teach us and it's very time consuming to try and figure the system out when you have clients waiting on things.
managing my clients, it is easier to look up the digital files than it would be to use a file cabinet.
