User Friendly Software

What do you like best?

It's super easy to use! I love the search option because of all the different ways I can look for accounts.

What do you dislike?

The more clients you have the slower it runs. But that's okay because I don't have the need to search more than 200 clients in a week.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's easy to find clients now versus in filing cabinets. We are able to issue the right documents to those requesting them much quicker than by hand.
